*ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

1. ลุ้นเป็นผู้โชคดี รับทองคำและบัตรของขวัญกับแบรนด์ ซีลี่ โพสเจอร์พีดิค ประเทศไทย รวมทั้งหมด 26 รางวัล ทองคำหนัก 3 บาท จำนวน 2 รางวัล ทองคำหนัก 1 บาท จำนวน 4 รางวัล และบัตรของขวัญมูลค่า 10,000 บาท จำนวน 20 รางวัล รวมมูลค่ากว่า 1,000,000 บาท สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะลูกค้าที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ซีลี่ในสาขาที่ร่วมรายการ มูลค่าสุทธิทุกๆ 21,000 บาท ขึ้นไป ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ รับทันทีคูปองชิงโชค 1 ใบ (โดยต้องเป็นมูลค่าหลังหักส่วนลดทุกประเภทแล้ว) หากยอดซื้อต่อบิลน้อยกว่า 21,000 บาท จะไม่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับคูปองจับฉลาก หากยอดซื้อต่อบิลต่ำกว่า 21,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) จะไม่ได้รับคูปองจับฉลาก แต่สามารถนำยอดซื้อส่วนต่าง ไปรวมกับยอดซื้อครั้งต่อไปภายในช่วงเวลาโปรโมชัน ณ เคาน์เตอร์เดียวกันได้ โดยลูกค้าต้องถือใบเสร็จมาที่สาขาเดิมเพื่อรวมยอดจากใบเสร็จเดิมกับการสั่งซื้อรอบต่อไป สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะลูกค้าที่นำใบเสร็จมาดำเนินการเท่านั้น หากไม่นำมาจะไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้  หากยอดซื้อมีมูลค่าเกิน 210,000 บาท สิทธิ์ในการรับคูปองจับฉลากจะจำกัดสูงสุด 10 ใบต่อบิล/ต่อคน

3. ผู้ร่วมรายการต้องเขียนชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และเลขที่ใบแจ้งหนี้ หรือเลขที่ใบเสร็จให้ชัดเจนแล้วส่งที่กล่องรับคูปองชิงโชค ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เม.ย. 2569 ถึง 31 ส.ค. 2569 ภายในเวลาทำการของสาขาที่ร่วมรายการ หรือส่งไปรษณีย์แบบลงทะเบียนมาถึงภายในวันที่ 4 ก.ย. 2569 ที่แผนกบริการลูกค้าซีลี่ บริษัทยัสปาล แอนด์ ซันส์ จำกัด เลขที่ 49 หมู่ 9 ซอยร่วมใจ ถนนบางนาตราด กม. 19 ตำบลบางโฉลง อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 10540
4. สำหรับคูปองชิงโชค บริษัทฯ จะรวบรวมคูปองที่มีผู้ร่วมรายการส่งเข้ามาทั้งหมด นำมาใส่ภาชนะใสที่สามารถมองเห็นได้ชัดเจน และจับคูปองผู้โชคดีในภาชนะนั้น พร้อมเชิญแขกผู้มีเกียรติ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่น่าเชื่อถือ ร่วมจับคูปองต่อหน้าคณะกรรมการและสักขีพยาน เพื่อให้ได้จำนวนรางวัลตามที่กำหนดไว้ พร้อมทั้งอ่านรายชื่อผู้โชคดีทันทีเพื่อให้ทุกๆ ท่านที่มาร่วมงานทราบโดยทั่วกัน กำหนดจับรางวัลในเดือนกันยายน 2569 ที่ Sealy Premier Gallery อาคาร B ชั้น1 คริสตัล ดีไซน์ เซ็นเตอร์ (ซีดีซี) และประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีอย่างเป็นทางการภายในเดือนกันยายน 2569 ผ่านทาง Facebook Sealy Thailand หากคูปองชิงโชคชำรุด ไม่สมบูรณ์ มีการดัดแปลงแก้ไข ทำซ้ำ หรือได้มาโดยไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ถือเป็นโมฆะ ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัล หรือเรียกคืนของรางวัล
5. บริษัทจะดำเนินการจับฉลากรางวัลสูงสุด โดยเริ่มจากรางวัลทองคำมูลค่า 3 บาท จำนวน 2 รางวัล รางวัลทองคำมูลค่า 1 บาท จำนวน 4 รางวัล และรางวัลบัตรกำนัลจำนวน 20 รางวัล ตามลำดับ และจำกัดรางวัลละ 1 รางวัล หากมีการจับฉลากได้ชื่อซ้ำกัน บริษัทจะมอบรางวัลที่สูงกว่าให้แก่ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลมากกว่า 1 รางวัล บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลที่เหลือให้แก่ผู้โชคดีลำดับถัดไป สงวนสิทธิ์การรับรางวัลสูงสุด 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 ท่าน ตลอดรายการ หากปรากฏว่า ได้ผู้โชคดีที่มีรายชื่อซ้ำซ้อนกัน คณะกรรมการดำเนินรายการจะยกเลิกรายชื่อที่ซ้ำซ้อนนั้น แล้วทำการจับคูปองให้ได้ผู้โชคดีท่านใหม่ทดแทนต่อไป
6. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลทองคำจะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่ารางวัลตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากร (คิดตามมูลค่าจริงของทองคำ ณ วันที่บริษัทฯ ทำการจัดซื้อ **มูลค่าทองคำสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงตามราคาตลาด) ที่ ทป.101/2544 รางวัลบัตรของขวัญจะต้องชำระภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5% จากมูลค่าของบัตร รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และเป็นผู้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียม และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ อันเกิดจากการรับรางวัล ในการจับคูปอง หากปรากฏชื่อผู้โชคดีแล้วจะต้องรับรางวัลตามที่กำหนดไว้ โดยรางวัลที่ได้รับไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือของรางวัลอื่นได้ ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัลให้แก่ผู้อื่นได้
7. ผู้โชคดีจะต้องนำบัตรประชาชน หรือบัตรที่ทางราชการออกให้โดยที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ ทะเบียนบ้านระบุชื่อตรงตามที่กรอกไว้ในคูปอง และใบแจ้งหนี้ หรือใบเสร็จรับเงินตัวจริงที่ระบุเลขที่ พร้อมสำเนารับรองความถูกต้อง จำนวน 1 ชุด ในกรณีที่ผู้โชคดีอายุไม่ถึง 15 ปีบริบูรณ์ จะต้องนำสูติบัตรฉบับจริง หรือบัตรประชาชนที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ และสำเนารับรองความถูกต้อง จำนวน 1 ชุด ให้ทางบริษัทฯ เพื่อนำมาแสดงเป็นหลักฐานการรับรางวัลโดยให้มาพร้อมกับบิดาหรือมารดาหรือผู้ปกครอง (บิดาหรือมารดาหรือผู้ปกครอง จะต้องนำบัตรประชาชนโดยที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ และสำเนารับรองความถูกต้อง จำนวน 1 ชุดมาด้วย) ชื่อผู้รับรางวัลจะต้องตรงกับชื่อที่ส่งมาชิงโชค หากเอกสารไม่ครบถ้วน และชื่อไม่ตรง ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบของรางวัล หรือเรียกคืนของรางวัล ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องติดต่อขอรับรางวัลด้วยตนเองที่บริษัทยัสปาล แอนด์ ซันส์ จำกัด วันจันทร์ – ศุกร์ เวลา 9.00 – 16.00 น. ภายในระยะเวลา 60 วันนับจากวันที่ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดี หากผู้โชคดีไม่ติดต่อรับของรางวัลได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์การรับรางวัลดังกล่าว และบริษัทฯ จะมอบของรางวัลดังกล่าวให้กับผู้ที่มีรายชื่อสำรอง ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ได้จับสำรองรายชื่อไว้ตามลำดับ ผู้โชคดีไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้บุคคลอื่นได้
8. ทางบริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์นำชื่อ นามสกุล และรายละเอียดอื่นๆ ของผู้ร่วมรายการทั้งภาพและเสียง เพื่อการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์และ/หรือไปใช้การอื่นเพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ หรือบุคคลอื่นใด ได้ตามที่บริษัทฯ เห็นสมควร โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนแต่อย่างใด
9. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า’
10. ลูกค้าที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อใช้นอกอาณาจักรไทย ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการนี้

1. Fractional purchase value of less than Baht 21,000/- per bill (VAT included), will not be awarded a lucky draw coupon. Though the fractional value can be combined with the next purchase within the campaign period at the same retail point. Customers must bring their receipt to the same branch to combine the total from the original receipt with another purchase value. 3. Fill in your full name, address, telephone number and the invoice number or the receipt number on the coupon and drop in the lucky draw box from 1 April 2026 – 31 August 2026 within retail opening hours at the participating branches of Sealy retail counter where you purchased the product or you may prefer mailing to us by the registered post to arrive by 4 September 2026 to Sealy Customer Service department, Jaspal & Sons Co., Ltd. 49 Moo 9, Soi Ruamjai Bangna-Trad Rd. Km.19, Bangplee Samutprakarn 10540.
4. All lucky draw coupons sent to the company will be kept in the clear container and will be randomly drawn from that container. Honored guests and trustworthy experts will be invited to participate in the draw in front of the committee and witnesses according to the number of prizes specified, as well as reading the list of lucky winners immediately so that everyone who joins the event acknowledges. The draw will be conducted by September 2026 at Sealy Premier Gallery Crystal Design Center, Bangkok and officially announce the lucky winners list by September 2026 via Sealy Thailand Facebook. Coupons which are defective, incomplete, modified, changed, copied, or acquired illegally or do not comply with the conditions set by the company are considered void. The company reserves the right to redraw in case of duplication of prize winner.
5. The company will execute draw from the highest prize, starting from two (2) prizes of a three-Baht gold, four (4) prizes of a one-Baht gold and twenty (20) prizes of a gift voucher, respectively and the prize will limit to 1 prize per winner. If any duplicate name is drawn, we will award the higher prize to the winner of name more than 1 prize. The company reserves the right to give the other prize to the next winner in line.
6. Winners of the gold prizes are subject to 5% withholding tax on the price according to the order of the Revenue Department, ThorPor. 101/2544 (Calculated based on the actual gold value on the date the company makes the purchase. The gold value may vary in accordance with market prices.) Gift voucher prizes are subject to 5% withholding tax on the value of the voucher, including VAT. as well as fees and expenses arising from receiving prizes. In the draw, the lucky name shown will receive the prize as specified. Prizes received cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Lucky winners cannot transfer their rights to other people.
7. As evidence in receiving the prize in person at the company, winners of the prize have to show the original unexpired identification card or card issued by the government, the original house registration with the specified name exactly as filled in the coupon, and the original invoice or the original receipt indicating the receipt number, together with one set of the signed authenticity copies. Winners under 15 years old have to show the original birth certificate or unexpired identification card, together with one set of the signed authenticity copies, coming with parent or guardian (The parent or guardian also have to show their original unexpired identification card and one set of the signed authenticity copies). The winner’s name must be matched to the name on the coupon. Coupons which are incomplete and the name does not match, the company reserves the right to provide the prize to the next alternate names. Winners must contact to receive the prize by themselves at the company on Monday – Friday at 9.00 – 16.00 hrs and within 60 days from the date of the winners’ announcement. Failure to contact within the specified period will be considered a waiver of such award and the company will give the prize to other alternate names which the company has chosen respectively. Lucky winners cannot transfer their rights to other people.
8. The company has the right to bring the name and surname and other details of the participants, in both visual and recording for advertising and public relations and/or for other purposes or any person as the company deems appropriate without paying any compensation.
9. The committee’s decision is final. Terms and conditions are determined by the company and are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Customers who purchase products for use outside the Kingdom of Thailand will not be eligible to participate in this program.
